Bottle Service includes VIP Line & No Cover. VIP Host. Premium seats all night and unlimited mix!

You are required to put down a non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be deducted and will go towards the total of your bottle order. Payment for bottles is done once you arrive at your table. Ranchman’s does not keep your credit card on file

A lot of time and effort goes into every booking that we make. Ranchmans places a full non-refundable deposit to all bookings.

Bookings are Final however, we can reschedule your date.

At Ranchman’s we have our own limo and we use it exclusively for our guests; we are not a Taxi Service. We do not offer return rides.

Free Limos book out fast! Once booked RIDES CANNOT BE CHANGED. You will need to cancel your ride and send in a new request. Not all requests are guaranteed

Our Limo rides are a One-Way- Direct. Scenic Rides and Stops are NOT possible. Alcohol is NOT permitted inside the Limo

Don’t Panic! Limo times may Fluctuate 10-20mins. Once the limo arrives the driver will only wait 2-3mins, Please be ready

If we cannot get a hold of you, we may cancel your pickup

Unfortunately we do not allow changes to free limo rides. If you would like to make a change, you will have to cancel your ride and request a new one. We do not guarantee availability. To cancel your ride, find your reservation in your email or text link, click the cancel button and follow the steps and then go back to the website and book a new Request.

Limo rides are One-Way-Direct to the club (no scenic roots or stopping) and your table will be ready for you the moment you arrive.

Please have your correct address when booking, changes may not be available later on. Reminder to have your phone ready - on the day of your ride. Important: If they cannot get a hold of you via phone, they may cancel.

Alcohol is NOT permitted inside the Limo.

Free Limos are Not Guaranteed; make sure you understand this. Free Limos are on a first-come basis by Request. At times rides may be canceled or changed due to availability.

Premium Limos are Guaranteed and Stress Free! We Outsource your pick up to make sure you arrive in style! Premium Limos can only be booked with Parties/ Table Reservations as an Optional Add On.

Times shown online for both Free Limos and Premium Limos are the only options available.

A confirmation text link to your reservation and booking confirmation is always sent once your booking is completed and approved.

Check your inbox and your spam for an email from ranchmans.ca. Make sure you don't keep our emails in your spam folder, because most email providers will automatically delete your spam after a few days.

If you have lost your booking, please log in to your profile through our website - Click the "Find Your Reservation"-Button in the top right corner of our website.

During ticketed events, you will be required to have a pre-purchased ticket or purchase a ticket at the door. Party Packages and Bottle Service might not available to be booked on ticketed event nights.
