As research continues to explore the benefits of boxing for Parkinson disease, it remains as a promising avenue for enhancing the quality of life for those affected by the condition. The structured exercises, combined with the supportive environment of group classes, make boxing a valuable therapy for improving motor skills, cognitive function, strength, and emotional well-being for individuals Rumble West 85th is excited to host two group boxing classes, each set to a lively countrified playlist, offering 50 minutes of high-energy exercise! This event promises an inspiring fusion of fitness, boxing, and live entertainment—all in support of an essential
cause. Join us for a day of spirited activities dedicated to Parkinson Disease awareness, fundraising, and moving our bodies!
